If I run a camp for 50 d2 players, then do it again, will the same 50 players show?

You can only run one private camp.

But on the plus side, your camp will scout every player that shows 2 levels up.

Both of those are true .. private camps are only 1 per recruiting season .. and they raise 2 levels per player.
