If he's 25 years old, he will not improve much over what his current ratings are. But you will not be able to see his current ratings until you sign him.

1/ Unless you've got 20 million in International scouting, those projections are almost surely too high.

2/ I'll triple down on bjschumacher: I'm not sure I've ever seen a 25 year old IFA. He's completely developed, whatever he is. Won't gain a point in anything ever; unless maybe Stamina. If he's the best IFA ever, he better be that right now.

I assume you mean in Dirt. I am curious to see him. The best IFA I have ever seen is in Weaver (7 MVP Awards)

This guy was a 25 yo IFA. I don't have his initial numbers but all he has picked up since he was 26 is 1 point in vR. He went straight to the majors and hasn't left.

I have 20 million in IFA Scouting... he should come in pretty close to those ratings because he is 25, he should be mostly developed... we will see been leading for 3 days just waiting for that player needing assignment notification. And yep it’s in dirt league!

Is Colorado a hitters park? I'd be curious to see how many homeruns Shibata can hit in a year with ratings like that.

I'd like to see more fully developed IFA's like, but even older - Ichiro types. I don't ever recall seeing an IFA as old as 25 before.

I have seen some older but never that good. I hope he hits a ton, he could easily be a .400 hitter and 200 RBI guy I think!

1) Um, nope-- not in C Springs, anyway. I have him in a neutral park at .320/.390/.600. I don't think anyone can hit .400 in HBD except in case of massive fluke. In the right offense, in the right park, he could get 200 RBI.
2) But screw the "best IFA ever" stuff-- given that he can play 2B he may the best position player I've ever seen, full stop. Worth every penny of the $30M and then some. This is a max contract guy that you're going to get to control through his age 35 season paying peanuts for the first 5 seasons and probably no more than half a max contract for the other 6. Well done.

Soon to be on the best team in Colorado

I know...i know...I'll show my way to the door. That was terrible.

As jbugg wrote in World Chat -- Game Changer. I totally agree -- best 25 year old INTL signing I have ever seen.
