I've pretty much made it thru set-up and summary, and am almost done with my own draft center team. When does the league actually drop into 'Theme League Classifieds' thread; right after my team is finished, or, even after it's finished will I have a chance to poke around before actually putting the league out there as I'd hope to do ?

Also, if it matters or is tied to the above, I want this to be a direct entry with a league id# I post in the theme thread first come first served, not as a thread honor system sign-up.
