Facing a budget crunch for an upcoming season. If you lower your International Scouting budget, let's say from $12mm to $8mm, I know the projections will be less accurate, but do you also miss out on some IFAs altogether, just like HS/College scouting? Or will you still see every IFA, just with less accurate projections?
