Does being "Argumentative" matter for a Manager? Topic

Greetings,

Does it matter where you set the setting for the manager being Argumentative? If so, how? Is it better to be more, or less argumentative?

I don’t think it changes that much. I think someone tried to set all of their coaches to super aggressive for a season a while ago and it wasn’t really noticeable. Supposedly when your manager or a player gets kicked from the game it ‘fires up’ your squad and they play better. But I think that is just a myth to be honest.
