I'm a somewhat experienced owner who is just starting a team in a new open league, and I have a question. I thought the minimum number of total plate appearances for your roster has to be 4800. Yet I see several teams in my new league with less than 4800 team plate appearances. I'm not here to rat on anyone, I'm just wondering how they got through the draft process with less than 4800?

Are you sure your not looking at AB when you pull up their team because it usually highlights AB not PA which is all the way to the right
