Take a look at this walk-on I just got handed.

Does he have any blues/greens? Regardless of that he is one of the best I have ever seen at a D3 level

What are his potentials?

Basically all red except BH (green), passing (black), and stamina (black). Durability is green, too, but who cares.

It's not like he's threatening to get a scholarship, but he's so many miles ahead of any other D2 or D3 walk-on I've ever been seeded that I was totally shocked. I can only ever recall once having a walk-on I could put on the depth chart and off of mop-up. I think this guy will at least be my 4th-string SF.

Walk on's will not show true potentials. Sometimes when you offer a scholarship the Reds to Orange, Oranges change to Blue and the Blues to Green. I have offered two walk on's Scholarships and they both responded favorably.

And by the way, he could start for one of my D3 teams.

why doesn't it show the true potentials? that is very odd.

Of course they could - you rarely stay at the same place long enough to fill the roster with your own recruits.
