Do the "looking to be drafted in the 1st/first 5 round(s)" guys fall under the "very conservative" risk level (assuming they will be drafted when they wish)...or are they more of a questionable selection, that would require a conservative or riskier level?

More questionable. "Very Conservative" are only the players who are openly signable, "will sign for slot money."
