DSPL 1983-84/2003-04 Season
This is a Progressive League that combines two separate years into one season.
Each player progresses one year at a time.

This is a stable League which held its inaugural draft April 2012 and has been going strong ever since

Roster
SG Jason Richardson great shooter / solid defender and best years ahead of very good career
C Mike Gminski under rated big man with some good years ahead (1984-85 thru 1988-89)
SG Adrian Dantley always a threat to score NO D but will still contribute
SF Mike Dunleavy Jr. 2nd yr in assoc. has some good basketball in years to come
SF Vladimir Radmanovic good role player who can hit some threes (10 years of service to go)
PG Eric Snow last year as starter still has a couple o.k. bench years as well
PF Malik Rose he's tall and will run up and down the floor
SF Corliss Williamson close to the end he will only play on offense end (you'll need to play 4 man D zone)
SG Jon Barry best years are past but still useful off the bench or cut him either way
C Clemon Johnson great locker room presence but maybe in a European league
This is a young team with a couple nice pieces well at least one player with bright future.
Big time rebuild with 2 talent laden rookie drafts ahead this season and next. The 1984 draft
is legendary and New Orleans could still be in the lottery mix for that one.
Meanwhile 2003 rookie some call The King is in the hopper. Probably a bit of a long shot for
this team but you never know?
Still some great talent will be available in next two drafts.
This team is a great opportunity to build in a longtime Progressive!
