The Victory Progressive League started in 1946 and is now is finishing off the 1953 season.
The Cleveland franchise is available and it is a rebuilding situation. Draft order is not determined yet but they are getting a top 8 pick at the least.
Victory League is a 16 team, 4 division league.
We have a great base of owners and have had little turnover.

The roster of players for the 1954 season is below. Don’t be scared. Rebuilds are fun and can be pretty quick in a 16 team league.
