Can we get a NIL Update for WIS? I want to start paying recruits to advance my program.

But for real though. The world changed today.

The waiver was legally necessary. It was just unsustainable, public opinion has shifted too much. Too many people understand the value of a scholarship is not remotely close to the potential value of licensing, as evidenced by the huge pile of cash universities make off their sports programs. Athletes are being exploited at all levels, and it was only a matter of time before the NCAA was brought down completely under the old “amateurism” model.

my prediction is that not a stud QB at State U, but Livvy Dunne, the 18-year old gymnast from LSU might come away as a surprise winner in the compensation game. Possibly 7 figures?
1.1 million followers on Instagram and about 4 million on TikTok.

Attractiveness does have it's benefits

Visit her Instagram page and could be a good chance she'll have 1.1 million +1 followers.

Ideally, we’ll get to a place where all student athletes (not just the elite money sport superstars and “beautiful” ones) will be able to negotiate and receive living stipends in exchange for their labor given. If it stops at the .001% of college student athletes getting million dollar endorsement deals, it will end up being a net loss for education, college sports, and the country.
