I really like the idea of - instead of imposing the new firing standards on all existing worlds - opening up a new “hardcore” world with those standards in place (and maybe some at lower divisions as well, I mean why not?), plus overall career limits, with a hard reset after 50-60 seasons, where you have to begin again at D3, and down the line, career accomplishments are set apart by career denominator (ex - “shoe3[2]”).

I think we’d see accomplishments a bit closer in line with reality in this world, though not perfectly.
