I have a few seasons under my belt... but mostly still very new. What 2 would you start and which one would you long relief/mop up? Out of these three, 2 will be my SP4/SP5. I feel like the production will be similar among all 3.... just comes down to some sim luck?

Right now I was thinking Mays and Morris as my back end starters...

Silva is clearly one starter. I hate Mays as a starter with the 16 DUR/68 ST combo-- I'd put him on a 50/55 pitch count in a 5-man rotation, which will get you only about 3 2/3 IP per start-- but Morris has a huge platoon differential, and because the sim isn't very good at pinch hitting to gain the platoon advantage, those guys do better as relievers. Your call.

You're correct in assessing these guys as legitimate back-of-the-rotation or mopup guys; used correctly they'll all run ERAs just a touch above league average.

I’d be good with Morris and Silva as 4-5 guys with Mays as your Long arm. I actually like Mays stuff a little better but Dede is right. You won’t get much out of him and will constantly have to go to the pen with the durability of 16.
