No more minor leaguers in Open Leagues.

Champs Leagues still have them. And theme leagues, if the commish chooses so.

Are open leagues now $80M without AAA? I thought they were going $100M without AAA but am still seeing as a $80M league.

Still $80m - but you also get $1.6M in waiver wire cash that you can use to pick up extra pieces.
