Question: when you get that message from one of your stud free agents during the exclusive signing period, do they expect an offer that's greater than their demands or to just meet their demands? I can't recall if I've ever successfully resigned one of these before.

In my experience, you will have to offer total $$ of at least 1.5x demands.
