Can someone help me understand why the Tampa Bay 2018 T. Pham OF partial season is not draftable as an average AAA? I can't figure out why he's not coming up in my AAA search.

Edit: Same for Arizona 2016 C Herrmann Catcher.

I don't think it's documented anywhere but I do believe there's a limit to "how good" a player can be, and still be average AAA-worthy, even if they're in the salary range.
