OK, I should know this already but I don’t.

1. Can you sign more than one ineligible in a class?

2. If not, after you sign your first ineligible recruit do the scholarship offers just fall away from any other ineligible recruits you’ve made offers to?

I've had 2 ineligible players show up on campus, I've heard most people who signed more than 2 had at least 1 go JUCO. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Technically you can sign 6, but if you did I'm almost certain at least 3 would go JUCO.

according to seble, the old issue where you could sign at most one JUCO was a bug, which is now fixed (in the old days, nobody had ever managed to get 2 jucos to show, after many, many attempts - but now this happens regularly). this should be totally resolved now, and each player should make their decision independently. most JUCOs show up, at least a large majority do if you have a decent amount of effort into them. so i would expect most likely, 2/2 would show up, although that certainly is not guaranteed.

As a side note, I have noticed there doesn’t appear D3 has ineligibles.. Specifically, I’ve successfully recruiting a few and they suddenly gained eligibility after the rollover. Second, the only 5th year seniors I have ever seen transferred from D1 or D2 schools.

Correct, D3 does not have eligibility requirements as recruits, only GPA once they reach campus. So there are no 5th year seniors in D3
