What determines whether you guys use a pitcher as an RP or an SP?

Is it just Du/Sta, or will guys with fewer pitches only perform well out of the bullpen?

If a guy had 20 Du, 75 sta, 80 ctrl/vsL/vsR and 2 pitches would you start him?

Some guys don't trust 3-pitch pitchers as starters; I just use ST/DUR and don't worry about it.

But-- can you post your guy if he's not hypothetical? I've never seen a high stamina guy with only two pitches before... they've always had at least 3.
