The commissioner says an owner cannot be replaced until he is absent for two weeks. I thought it was shorter?

14 days, unless they are throwing sub 50% starting pitchers for 10 straight games. that violates the fair play guidelines and they can be replaced.. also below .250 expected win % over 80 games
