Hello, I am in my first season and am nearly 30 games in. I was wondering if the Amateur draft is a simulated event or you have to be physically in a draft room

It's simulated. Make sure to get your draft settings in order, and that you've ranked your prospects prior to the draft.

Make sure your settings are set BEFORE you rank players. If you do it after, you'll have to re-rank them.
