I do not get WIS emails (season begins,ends, trades:)

im missing a gift cert.

Anywhere on the site I try Help, it takes me to League Safe

I did not receive a Gift Cert sent to me Thursday

i placed a ticket there Thursday and Last night.

They have both been erased.

This is the second time in a year this has happened to me.

I would recommend that you clear your cache/cookies, regardless of which web browser you are using.

Sign out, sign back in.

If you are using your phone, restart it...

On my phone it only works on safari, on my computer it only works on chrome. I don’t know why for either case. Settings appear to be the same, I’ve logged out, cleared cache, etc… seems to make no difference. Always works on chrome on my computer, doesn’t work on any other browser. Doesn’t work on chrome or any other browser on my phone, only safari. I’ve heard of others where it’s the opposite.

Ask Jordan (jholthus) about this...he may have some input...I'm curious what the fix might be...Chrome works on my phone and laptop.

I wonder if they could use a link such as Bomgar (now BeyondTrust) to remote in on another system to check for system errors and/or compatibility issues...Its a system used by some tech support folks...
