Anyone have an idea of what the odds are for an 2.3 gpa ineligible to become eligible during recruiting?

Someone tracked this when 3.0 first came out. Off the top of my head it’s like 20-25%.

My rule is if its 2.x GPA the guy has a 10*x% chance to become eligible. But if recruiting has already started, then remember some of their chance to become eligible is lower than it was originally (since they haven't passed yet). So more like 15% maybe

Please note it’s 100% if you are a D3 team. Specifically if you sign an ineligible they all gain eligibility during the season rollover.
