Heads-up: If
davecallahan is looking to join your league, be careful. Dave chose to leave Gehrig after several seasons, but for some reason decided to trade away his best players for little to nothing, rather than let the next owner handle it. (This wasn't a case of poor talent evaluation or low scouting; he was just dumping -- and worse, lying about having in-depth trade talks with other owners to defend the decisions.) We managed to veto most of the deals, but we just realized he also waived multiple All-Star-level players, for nothing in return, before he left.
This is about as bad as it gets, imo. It's one thing to disagree with other owners or the way the league is run; it's another to actively harm your franchise and the league. I know filling leagues is tough these days, but I would rather wait months than let someone like that in my league. Just wanted everyone to be aware.
