When can DII sign DI recruits? Topic

I used to know this - sorry to ask

I know that DII cant sign DI kids in the first session

In the second session, can DII sign DI kids from the start or does DII have to wait some cycles even in second session?

Correct, as long as they’re an “early” signer. If they have a “whenever” or “late” preference, they it can be any cycle in RS2.

Indeed .. which is why as a D2 team on a D1 recruit, or a D3 team on a D2 recruit .. you want to prioritize "Early" or "End of Period 1" recruits so they don't get picked off when EEs leave and the big dogs come hunting in RS2 :)
