Based on some chatter on the discord, I sent in a ticket and confirmed that when multiple recruiting actions are submitted in the same cycle, promises are always recorded prior to any other activity. As such, you do not need to press the promise minutes button prior to other recruiting actions to get additional credit when you are chasing a recruit with a "wants to play" preference. Sounds like this had been previously confirmed by CS, but reposting in a case anyone else (like me) was not aware.

Good follow up. I believed that to be the case. One question I don’t know tho, is regarding the CV

only 5 teams can offer the CV on a recruit. I KNOW in todays HD there are times when more than 5 schools attempt to offer the CV. So let’s say for example that 4 schools have already offered the CV and it’s processed. The next cycle, let’s say 2 more schools offer the CV (for a total of 6)

how is it decided on which school gets their CV processed and which school gets their money back? Is that one based on the time of click? Or even more, once the 5th school clicks the CV button, so other schools immediately get the message of ‘5 schools have already offered the CV’? Is it based on some type of number similar to a player ID number only for coaches (as in, which coach processes their CV first)? Is it based on prestige?

throwing out random ideas that I don’t know the answer to

i don't know either? i wouldn't be shocked if it allows everyone in until there are 5 processed, allowing 6+ in theory. that sounds like how seble would handle such things.
