Quick question to the board. I've been redshirting guys in HD for awhile and this is the first time a guy lost work ethic with the RS. No promised minutes or anything. I knew it was a risk though.

Question is - if I unredshirt him will he gain the WE back? Or, is it lost regardless and at this point I should keep him RS-ed.

Yeah if you unredshirt him, his WE will return to the pre-redshirt level.

If you try to then redshirt him again for whatever reason, the WE drop will be worse.
