Question for best allocation of funds in recruiting. If a school knows it will likely end up spending a lot of money on a recruit (likely all 20 HV and a CV), what is the best strategy for when to use the visits/money? 20 all at once toward the beginning, spread out over the cycles, or does it depend (and on what factors)?

Funny enough I can answer this. If you know for a fact you are doing 20 HV's and a CV do it as soon as possible. It will keep the Sims off and it may help to deter other owners because they know you mean business. The only thing is, if you are going after a kid that is projected higher then the level you are at, I wouldn't spend money until RS2 because you can lose the kid to a higher school before you even have a shot at them.
