Playing with the Amateur Draft Settings targets so I don't draft too many Relief Pitchers DHs etc.. Would a Pitcher with a 55 Stamina and 20 Durability be considered a relief pitcher or starter?

You COULD use him as a starter, but you wouldn't get very many innings out of him. He could go maybe 3 innings or so, then 4-5 days later another 3 innings or so. So he could be used effectively in a tandem situation. Also, depending on what his other ratings are, guys like that can be pretty good Closers.

In Rookie league (when I can carry 15 or 16 active pitchers), and often Low A I use four tandems almost every season.
