Not everybody will use them, but would make the game so much deeper and add a level to player evaluation just by adding some formulae to the stats pages. FIP, WAR, BABIP, etc.
I currently do some of these things on my own, but it is challenging because stat pages are not downloadable/exportable. That would be another interesting add.
