Is there an efficient way to see who the competition (any particular team) is targeting?

Not anymore. As far as I know you have to click on the considering list of every single recruit in hopes of finding the school you’re looking for.

for any guy who you mark with a colored dot - blue, green, red etc - they will be listed in your recruiting display under categories

If a school is leading (clearly?) for one of those, the school will appear in that display. So, if a school near you - say - is chasing same bunch of guys that display will give you some info

But, there is no way to click on a school and know who they are pursuing
