If I promised a start to an ineligible who sits out a year, does that promise carry over to his sophomore yr or first eligible year? It never used to but I’m curious if it changed?

yeah like 2 years ago maybe they changed that. you can safely sign multiple ineligibles too and they will probably all report, that's been longer but while on the topic...
