Triple Play Progressive is now full

TheTriple Play progressive league will progress 3 years at a time. The initial season having been 1921-1923.
Each season you may select which of the 3 seasons you want to use for each of your players.
We have just finished the 1963-65 season and will be drafting right away for the 1966-68 season. Draft board and available players list are posted. We are just about to enter a great part of baseball history. This is a 16 team league with no DH (may revisit this when we hit 1973 season when DH was instituted)

Trading of Draft Picks- Trading of draft picks may only be traded up to 1 season in advance-that is, during the 1966-1968 draft. picks may be traded only for 1966-1968 and 1969-1971.
For clarification, as soon as the 1966-1968 season starts, in-season trades may include 1969-1972 draft picks.
Keepers:
The Commissioner will set up a keeper thread in the league private forum after the 120 games mark of each season.
Keeper lists will be due by the end of each regular season; any owner that fails to do so runs the risk of losing his team.
Teams may keep up to 25 players each season plus injured reserve (IR).
AVAILABLE PLAYERS - Current list (1966-68) is posted in the private forum
Each season the commissioner will post a list of available players for the upcoming draft.
This list will be compiled from the list of all WIS-eligible players in the given season, subtracting out all players listed as keepers.
The available player list will be published very shortly after all keeper lists have been posted.
Since the draft will not start until after the conclusion of the regular season, owners will usually be given least 3 days in which to verify that the available player list is correct.
This is my first year stepping in as commissioner. Last season was actually my first as a participant. As I said before, it is a great period of baseball history we are progressing into and we have a great group of committed owners!!
