The Hangover progressive league is currently in it's 57th season, and will be drafting for the 2003 season in early January.

It's a pretty strong squad, with a pitching staff anchored by Pedro and Schilling, that could potentially make a playoff run in 2003 with the right tweaks. It's an AL team and will use the DH.

It a pretty standard progressive league, though it consists of 28 teams which means more obscure players get used that the standard 24 team league. Draft order determined with a weighted lottery of the bottom 12 teams to determine the first 5 spots of the draft, and then reverse order of previous season record after that. Must win 50 games to get your full slate of lottery balls, and you lose one ball for each win below 50. So for example, if you have the worst overall record and win only 45, you would have 7 lottery balls instead of 12. (You would have to win 39 games to get at least one lottery ball).
