I redshirted a Junior at the start of the season (didn’t recruit him, not very good), and he took it bad… work ethic went from 56 to 1 overnight. Question: If I reversed the redshirt decision, would his work ethic come back? Or is that long gone at this point no matter what I do?

It will return to the original WE if the redshirt is removed.

just a quick heads up from a brief glance you should be aware that at D3 you should be recruiting entirely d1 or D2 players and pretty much avoid D3 recruit pool 99.999% of the time
