Extension after arb3 bug still work? Topic

It was my understanding that they nerfed this bug but I just saw the txn history for this guy and he seems to have gotten it. Can anyone speak to the reliability of using it? I.E. - does it always work still, sometimes, depends on xyz, etc

It looks like he signed later...maybe he's just mediocre enough to not care that the team thinks he sucks?
