I keep getting a server error when I try to submit a support ticket. Is anyone else having this issue and is there another way to contact admin?

I also (briefly) had an issue with the site last night but it seemed to get fixed quickly and is working fine now

Try clearing your cache, another person had the same issue and this was the first fix they suggested.
