When do players with a no trade clause change the Topic

To my understanding, the criteria that players with a no trade clause use is whether the team they are on has a better record in the previous season then the team they are going to. If that is true, they will not go. However that changes at some point during the season where they use the team's current record. Does anyone know at what point during the season they start taking that into account?

Can't remember exactly, it's either 28 or 30 games into the season, when the waiver ranking re-sets from last season's final standings to current day.

I remember thinking that it was vaguely somewhere around the time that the amateur draft prospects appear, so that sounds about right
