I like the idea but I like a lower cap actually.

The Old Skool League ran for a long time but it was only one franchise per person.

The cap for that league was around 47 million. It allowed some of the smaller market teams to compete.

I would be in either way, the Old Skool league was one of my favorites.

I would do it. Very similar to Old Skool like Sam said. Since that league fizzled out with lack of interest, this one should be a little different.

I recommend a draft, allow two owners per franchise before getting locked out. 48M cap. any higher and then there becomes a clear tier drop off.

THat's just my two cents, I will play any format any time.

what does "two iterations of each team" mean?

there can be two versions of each franchise so two people could have the Pelicans for instance
