As a new owner who took over a few teams its very diappointing that I cant adjust my scouting and have to take a crappy first draft.

Having said that what are some suggestions on settings for optimum drafting? As I cant take another OV83 that turns out to be a 65 lol

Draft a guy that will not sign. Then next year you can raise your scouting higher in order to draft best available. I personally want you to be able to set budgets to whatever you want the first year and then go up/down by 5 each year after.

Haven't had a new team in a while but WiS still gives you the option to toss the old owners budgets and start at $10M across the board and then make the $5M+/- adjustments no? So you're only stuck with $15M for one year right? That's not ideal but it's not terrible either.
