The last time I wrote these, I think you could sum up the insights to: high eFG% = good. I still think that's the most important statistic, but have made an effort to at least look at other categories.

I'll try not to rehash the same jokes even though my wife won't be here to call me out!

I like the Greek Freak, but don't think that's the season I would have chosen. He has others with better eFG% and/or rebounding. I know you would give up some minutes, but I think the tradeoff is worth it - this is a high enough cap to get decent backups.
Chandler and Stockton are nice complements, but again I would have chosen a Stockton season with a higher eFG% (94-95 seems popular). I think the draft went downhill from there. Don't think Harris makes sense here as Giannis should be your SF. Also, Klay is a great shooter but poor rebounder making him a poor fit with Stockton. Hill and Hart, similarly don't really fit and leave you with too many minutes.
The advantage you get with Giannis is he can be a monster rebounder at SF and efficient on high usage. Pairing him with a bunch of wings mutes that advantage, and you wind up with a team that doesn't rebound well.
Channeling Rifton, this would have been a good spot for Amare or Mcadoo as a secondary scorer with a SG that helps with rebounds and threes (or Tatum plus a low usage rebounding big).
This team also drafted over 21k minutes, and I'm not an expert but thought around ~19,600 was ideal. The 55.5% team eFG% is a bit low, but within the distribution of other teams in the league, but some other stats, namely rebounding, look way too low. While assists are great, usage also looks light so scoring will be an issue. I predict this team is going to struggle.

No argument starting with Wilt, and Dame is a good high usage outside complement. Holmgren fits well too, giving a nice efficient foundation, but you give some of that back with Daniels and particularly Kirilenko - resulting in an overall team eFG% (56.7%) that's merely average.
This team should have a strong defense and eschews fouls, but looks averageish otherwise. I predict around. 500.

LeBron is a great foundation, and Allen/Turner/Gafford provide some nice efficient complementary scorers. While the overall efficiency (eFG% of 59%) is pretty good, this offense could have been truly dominant without Reed and Murray holding them back. The starters' usage looks pretty high, so I would have gone with Simmons over Murray (lower usage, more efficient, better D, while also helping with Reb/Assists).
Overall, this team should have a solid Defense, low turnovers, and be fairly efficient scoring, but is a bit light on rebounds and assists. Looks around .500.

Curry is a great start and super efficient with a ton of threes. Kessler and Holiday are nice complements with great and solid efficiency respectively and privide the foundation of a solid D. Kessler would be a monster if he can ever get his usage up and play some more minutes.
I may have preferred some lower usage bigs than Mourning and Vucevic. Or if you wanted an inside scorer, maybe a good spot for Amare plus a low usage defender/rebounder type.
57% team eFG% looks to be about average. Would prefer a bit more assists, but other than that the team looks pretty solid. Should be a playoff contender.

MJ and Kobe is an interesting pairing. Throw in Wembanyama, and it looks like way too much usage (which seems expensive to me). I know in real life they got to the line a ton, but I don't think you get as many FT in the Sim and the overall efficiency (eFG% 54.7%) looks below average. This team may have best in league defense, but towels look too high and Reb/Assists aren't great. I think this team will fall short of the playoffs.
As an aside, I hope you're right that 19,350 is enough minutes. I was worried about drafting only 19,500.

Jokic is arguably the best offensive player in the Sim, so great pick and I think the last remaining no brainer early 1st round pick. I thought that I was the high man on Porter, but this is earlier than I ever drafted him. He is a great complementary scorer with a ton of 3s that doesn't really hurt you anywhere other than assists and mediocre D, so no argument from me (but I think you could have waited a round). Nash is another personal favorite, and those 3 give a great offensive foundation (while being, shall we say defensively challenged).
Kemp and Walton sprinkle in some good D and rebounding, but I may have preferred lower usage options so as not to take shots away from your big 3 scorers.
58.9% eFG% is pretty good, but you should be able to do better starting with Jokic and Porter. High assists will help. Overall, this looks like a team that will be competing for a playoff spot.

SGA is a great well balanced player to start with, and Drummond is the right type of player to pair with him but I would have used 13-14. SGA has a 35% usage and rebounds well for a PG, lean in to that and trade some usage and rebounding for better eFG%.
I think you could use Pippen (I know he played SF, but his rebounding is more impactful at SG) or Ant (I actually had Ant in mind thinking Tatum wouldn't last till my pick, but my team did not have the luxury of SGA) depending on if you want to build around D or shooting, but not both. Combined, this team has too much usage.
Allen also has high usage compounding the problem, plus a 54.7% team eFGs is on the low side. This team shoots a lot of threes and is pretty strong on the boards, but is light on assists (even with Pippen having to play SF) and has no other stand out skills. Usage is expensive, and I think the team was hurt by spending too much on it at the expense of other categories. I predict it is going to struggle.

I like the Gobert / KAT pairing providing good rebounding and efficiency with Gobert covering for Town's defensive issues and KAT helping stretch the floor. Maybe some team should try this in real life... of course there, teams want to play guys at the biggest position they can handle and in this sim it is the reverse.
Irving and Caruso have a similar offense/ defense synergy, but I will note that in both pairs the higher usage player is less efficient. This is more of an issue for Kyrie who has higher usage and lower efficiency than KAT.
Team did well to pounce on Harrell and Holmes who both fell farther than usual. Fox, on the other hand, I'm not sure is a great fit. I get wanting some usage for a Kyrie backup, but 32% with a 53% eFG% for a lot of minutes will likely do more harm than good. Of undrafted players, I think someone like Chris Mullin would have been a better fit (I know he's never used in this league). Fox just doesn't add enough assists to make up for all the missed shots.
58% team eFG% is solid and TO are low, but assists are low and fouls a bit high. Overall this team can compete for a playoff slot, but is not a title contender.

I like the AD / Gillmore pairing giving you 2 versatile bigs, and Butler and Collins work well with them.
I know Oladipo has good D, but I'm not a fan of having the highest usage and lowest eFG% players on a team being the same person. May have preferred a lower usage guard, and could use a higher usage Gilmore season if that becomes a concern. Team eFG% of 57.8% is solid, but could have been better.
Overall looks like a well balanced playoff team, but I think Oladipo dominating too many shots will hold it back from title contention.

The Admiral is a strong all around big to build around, and Claxton helps pull up the front court eFG%. The Magic season used boasts good defense (a definite team focus) and efficient scoring, albeit on lower usage than his later career.
Brand and Billups were stars in real life, but their non-era adjusted eFG% become more of a hindrance here - particularly given their high usage. Green is another strong defender who also helps bring the threes up to the level of merely poor, but this team is going to invite opponents to pack the paint.
The 56.1% team eFG% looks about average, and with above average assists plus a healthy predisposition for getting to the line - this team should be solid at scoring. Rebounding looks like the biggest issue, and will mitigate the advantages of a strong defense however. Overall, this looks like a team whose name is a decent prediction, but perhaps more of a ceiling than a floor.

Howard is an efficient scorer (when not at the FT line), good rebounder and defender. I think McHale pairs well adding more D and efficiency, with Howard helping to mitigate McHale's lack of rebounding. Kidd and Marion add to a heavy focus on D, but at the expense of efficiency. A 57.8% team eFG% is solid, but could have been better when the first 2 picks were around 60% with high enough usage to be the top two scorers on the team.
The defense was a much lower focus after the first four picks, and I think this team winds up being solid across the board without any true standout strengths. I predict it will compete for a playoff slot, but fall short of challenging for a championship.

No argument about Paul and Embiid, but I don't think this team was hurting for usage so Wade may not be the best fit. Mutombo is a nice low usage pairing, but Murray compounds the high usage issues. With a team eFG% of 55.1%, you would have been better off trading usage for efficiency.
Rebounds look way too low (particularly with below average shooting efficiency leading to more opportunities), and might be a tad light on minutes. Defense is very strong, but I think this team will miss too many shots to make the playoffs.

Shaq gives a high usage base with solid efficiency. I like the inside / out pairing with Mitchell or the defensive foundation with PG, but don't think the triumvirate makes sense. That gives you three ~30% usage players, but just one ball the last time I checked.
If using Simmons and Green with Shaq, I may have preferred one of the strong rebounding 2nd round bigs to PG (that would also afford the opportunity to improve the team's 57.1% eFG%).
Overall, this team is pretty well balanced and should get to the line a lot (with a fair number of bricks thanks to hack a Shaq and Simmons), but will be hurt by high towels. This team may struggle in some foul fests, and I predict just under .500.

Durant is tricky to build around because his GS seasons are probably his best on a per minute basis, but he didn't play as many minutes as he did earlier in his career. I think I also would have accepted fewer minutes and used a GS one.
Chewy surrounded him with a legion of balanced players who play strong D. The
56.2% team eFG% looks within spitting distance of average, and this is a balanced team with no real holes (solid rebounding, passing, low to/fouls). My one quibble is that the threes are a tad low and this version of Durant was actually more efficient from 2PT% than 3PT%, so teams may pack the paint. Overall this looks like a contender.
