Change the 10 to what spot in the roster you are trying to draft C=1, 1B=2, etc.
Change the 2160705 to the corresponding player ID.

You can obtain each players unique player ID by right clicking on the green plus next to the player in player search and selecting copy link address, just paste that copied address into a new window
