Steroid/Homerun Era Dual Progressive Interest Topic

Hello all. I am looking to start a current/homerun era dual progressive league starting with the 1995/2010 seasons. The league would be a 24/8 standard WIS format taking us through the heart of the steroid era and the subsequent rise in homeruns in the decade that followed. Starting with 1995/2010 gives us about a 20-year lifespan of the league before we will even have to consider a reboot. In the steroid era, we would feature the prime of Barry Bonds, decade dominance of Albert Pujols as well as the historic seasons of McGwire and Sosa and the pitching dominance of Pedro Martinez. On the 2010s side, we would feature generational pitchers Justin Verlander, Clayton Kershaw and Max Scherzer as well as the debut of superstars Mike Trout and eventually Shohei Ohtani.

In totality, this will be a simple dual progressive league without many nuances or added rules. Because of the hitting depth, we will use a universal DH. There will be exclusivity rights over players, meaning there can only be one version of each player present in the league at all times. There will be plenty of talent to go around as the MLB expanded to its current 30 team format in 1998.

If needed, we can start with a 16/4 or 20/4 team format, but by the 1998/2013 season we will expand to 24 teams. If you are at all interested in this concept, please make a note of it in this thread. I have received some site-mail already from a couple of Hall of Famers owners, so I am confident we can eventually get this league up and running. Also, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
