new D3 coach, (back after 10 years or so), before i send any scouts out to "undecideds", do I wait the first full 24 hour cycle? First season back: I sent ac and hc scout visits to over 35+ recruits within the first 24 hours, and have only signed one. Then i over committed to recruits and am competing with SIM AI! good grief. i doubled down on my "must have" recruits. i may have only one HC signed recruit this year, w/ the other 7 signed automatically once the recruiting period ends. I absolutely reversed slayed it this year. I am my own enemy.
the initial question remains: do i wait for the first 24 hour cycle to complete, then look for undecided recruits to select? especially for new D3 coaches w/ no vision.
