I have put in for sbout 25 elite teams lately and have not got one. Other players are jumping from elite team to elite team. I know I may not be top of the line player but would like to know why I'm getting passed over all the time.

Rep, Loyalty, recent CCs & NCs, win loss record, etc. Quite a few of us disagree with the ability for a coach to be unemployed for years and get an elite job (even if the previous job was at an elite).

From what I gather NC's and CC's weigh heavily. Winning CC's and NC's at D1AA and winning CC's in a small conference. And I agree with majique on a coach being out of a world for 50 seasons and coming back to an elite.
