I read somewhere that the color of the bar at the top of the recruits history indicates whether they are leaning toward your school or not. I have some recruits green on the summary but they present a different color at the top of their history so it must nor directly correlate to what shows up on the main recruiting summary. Anyone have more information?

Thanks for the input. I believe the card is what I'm referring too. When I open a recruits information and it shows their stats there are several additional tabs. One is history and shows all my recruiting efforts. The title bar at the top has the date, description, cost of each action. That bar changes or presents a color. I thought someone said it indicates which way the recruit is leaning. Supposedly if I'm in a battle for someone it let's me know if I'm first choice or second choice, etc. Not sure this makes sense given that I currently have recruits green for my school only but the color bar is different for some of them. At this point it seems somewhat random to me.

On your main recruiting summary page the team listed at the top of “considering” is in the lead. If you’re battling a human then as long as you are listed first then you’ll sign them unless the human spend a lot of money the cycle before signings.

if you’re battling a SimAI team then you better knock them off or they will likely come from behind and sign the player
