After analyzing the data for Worlds being created and those clubs still on the waiting lists, we have cut the number of new Worlds per day down to 1 for now. Yes, I know this makes me the most unpopular person on the forums right now, but we needed to do something to help distribute the seasons.

This is no different than when we open Worlds in our other Dynasty games, except we allowed you to get on the waiting list earlier, which probably was a mistake. But we have learned from our problems we are having in Hardball right now, and are trying to prevent the same thing happening further down the road.

Remember that even though you joined the waiting list during beta, the waiting list did not start getting processed until Dec 4th. The most anyone has been playing is 7 days. Almost everyone on the waiting list has been waiting as long as you have, so the league creation is going to go mostly based on list size. I would allow more countries per World, but right now we have about as many non-USA potential leagues to fill 2 spots for every USA potential league.

Believe me, if I could throw you all into Worlds right now, I would. I'm not even in a World yet. Even with the drop to 1, we are looking at everyone currently on the waiting list being in a World by Dec 29th.

Not in a world yet? Now that's dedication to getting us all in! Glad to be in World 70 with my Spanish team. Game looks great and that you're putting a lot of thought into realistic game play. Love the stadium/revenue feature and would love to see something like this implemented in HBD since there is no cap in MLB either.

But great job nonetheless...

Why do you start every world with just one division?

I'm thinking you don't want people whining that they have to start the game in a bottom division, but wouldn't having 60 to 80 teams from one country in a world would be more interesting than just having 20 teams?

Clubs on the waiting lists will be picked up by open slots in worlds rolling over. If we have a good distribution of worlds rolling over then new clubs will not have to wait as long and we will be building leagues within existing worlds rather than creating new worlds. Essentially, it benefits us to have worlds spread out to pick up the waiting clubs.

I wouldnt mind starting in the bottom division, which would mean no lower than second division for me, with only 38 teams in Mexico at this time.

You may not, but others would. And if we're all considered "balanced," more or less, at this point, the teams that start in the top division get the upper hand by having more money than the new teams, thus potentially making their teams better. Like in a real league, usually the teams with more money and better players win.... If they're going for a realistic setup, it makes a lot of sense.

Otherwise, it would be similar to starting a new world of Hardcourt Dynasty and having all D-I, D-II, and D-III schools being equals in talent.
