4 decades = 3 decades with 6 franchise reps AND 1 decade with 5 reps

The cool part about having a newer franchise is the style of play (mostly helps passing offense- QBs and WRs with stamina). The earlier eras have some, but not as many with high pass or rec stamina. Older franchise inventories tend to have more explosive skill run or rec ratings at RB/WR and shut down Defs and more workhorse RBS with both. The former was true with my Carolina Panthers build of 4 decades only. Less inventory can have its own benefits too.

Despite my having drafted 6 WRs why does the coaching page limit me to only 4 of them for which priority order to play them?

You can switch out players from the GM's office tab. At the top on the far right, click on the Carson Palmer image! Then you can pull up people from the practice squad. A TE or RB for a WR or whatever to get the right guys in.

You do need a few small edits to make the distribution correct. I'll sitemail you.

Sneak peak at the divisions. Tried to keep the old school rivalries in there, but we had the 2 team owners with West division teams in both conferences. The primary rule is to ensure that the 2nd team owners don't have another owner 2nd team owner--in the same division in both conferences. And leaving 1 spot open helps for flexibility.

I go through and place everyone in the traditional divisions first, then I make switches from AFC East downward based on the 2 team rule with scheduling. You had nato6869 in the same division in both conferences.
