my work recently blocked WIS and i remember reading a few diiferent site names to try to get past the block but cant rmemeber them.....anyone know them???

the important other WIS links are right at the top of the new coaches guide, my work has also blocked Whatifsports.com but not the other two links.

Interesting topic and one that I have a question regarding. Anybody that works in that area (blocking sites, etc.) could best answer this. How are sites blocked. Is it via software that blocks sites containing certain material or is it via someone for the company noticing that an employee visits the site and is therefore marked for a "block"?

It could be either.

Many site blockers will attach to key words like fantasy or gambling, a workplace could also block specific sites that it sees employees using too much.

yeah its my entire company so it has to be software cause if you go to different stores it blocks it there tooo

I don't mean to be an *******, but I don't think you should be doing things at work and looking for loopholes for things that the company doesn't authorize you to do. Work isn't leisure time...and though I posted a link, I almost hope that it doesn't work. You and guys like you give a bad meaning to the word/title, employee.

You're at your job to do your job...your place of employment has banned WIS, so instead of accepting it and moving on with the actual job you get paid to do, you'd rather circumvent company policy, and find a loophole so you can dick around at work. That's disingenuous. I don't rat people out, I'm just saying this is ****** for those that do it at the workplace where it "isn't allowed".
