In general terms I think I'm doing fine since getting back into GD. Recruiting wise have good classes. Started to pick up some tricks for D2 that I didn't know existed. D1AA seems to be a crap shoot. If I have good players in my 180 I tend to get them.
However, the one thing I suck at is D1A recruiting outside my 180. It seems like some schools turn half the country yellow the first round and then just hand pick how to knock people off. For me it takes 3-4 campus visits even at an elite to turn yellow. I basically get my *** kicked if the 180 isn't great. I have an Arizona recruiting class coming up with not a good 180 and another Miami where the 180 doesn't even come close to satisfying the needs of the class. Any ideas would be great.
