I tried to search this a few different ways, but couldn't find much that wasn't at least a few years old.
I just finished my first ever season at an "elite" program, coaching Florida in Heisman. The roster was pretty rough, so I was moderately pleased to even make the playoffs. We then got annihilated in the first round. I received an email stating it was a disappointing season and my job status dropped to "secure".
What are my job expectations and associated time frames?
